Zions National Park

My sister and her family came to Southern Utah this week so we drove the few hours down to spend a couple days hiking with her and our long time friend Sarah and her family, who came from CA to meet us. Wednesday we spent hiking in Zion's National Park. Between the three families we had 9 children with us. I was a little nervous how it would go, because on our first hike we got a little wet from the rain. The kids were troopers though. They put on their ponchos and trekked through the wet and the cold.By the time we started our second trail the rain had stopped and the sun came out. We warmed right up and we were so glad we persevered. The scenery was breathtaking, the company delightful, and the kids were angels!

This is in front of a waterfall on the "Weeping Rock" trail. Lia Belle, Phoebe and Will.
This is the view from the end of our first trail "The Temple of Sinawa" Where our trail ended is where the famous "Narrows" hike began. And if you walked into this picture you would walk right into the Narrows.
Jacob and Ever on a big rock. I was amazed at how all the kids had climb over every rock that was along side the trail, no matter how big or small.
