a Big Week for Jacob

Jacob had a big week this week, he started Cub Scouts. He is super excited to be a Cub Scout. He loves to do things like his dad and Chad is an Eagle Scout and also has been a Scout Leader/Scout Master off and on for the last few years. Jacob is thrilled to get to be doing things like Chad. Also, this week school started. And then Yesterday Jacob was Baptized. He is now an official Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Gammy and Pappy came for the special day, so did his Aunt and Uncle from Boise, and all the other family that live around here. We were thrilled to have many friends come and support Jacob on his important day. It is a big decision and we are so thrilled that he made the decision to be baptized and follow the example of Our Savior, Jesus Christ. Jacob is a sensitive, sweet boy and the sacredness of the event was not lost on him. We love you Jacob! You are growing into a wonderful young man!
