Sunday was Felicity's blessing day. In our church, children aren't baptized until they are 8 years old. When they are babies their father, if he holds the priesthood, will give the child a blessing at church. Chad has given all of our children their blessings. It is always a special day to have a new baby blessed at church, surrounded by all the wonderful men, fathers, grandpas, uncles and friends, while Daddy gives a child a blessing. Our Felicity was blessed with all the good things we could hope for as parents. That she can grow up learning and growing as she should, that she can be guided in her life by the Holy Ghost to help her make correct choices that will lead to her happiness. She was blessed with a love of her Savior, and the chance to have her own happy family when she is grown. It was a beautiful day! I am very grateful to my husband who is a wonderful father and a wonderful example to his son and daughters of how a father and husband should be. They won't go wrong if they choose spouses that are like him when they are grown up. Felicity Ann Selander, We are very happy to have you in our family!!
